At Jencel, our aim is to provide a fast & efficient service. Customer satisfaction is a priority and if there is an occasional error or problem you can be confident I will do my best to resolve it. Please let me know within a couple of days of any shortages, mistakes, or damaged goods.

All findings comply to the EEC Low Nickel regulations.

I have made every effort to display & describe all the items accurately, and to show colours accurately. The colour of the beads may vary from the photographs due to lighting conditions and the monitor on which you are viewing the site. The photos show the beads and findings larger than real size, so that you can see them in detail.

All goods are sold under United Kingdom legislation.

Payment can be made by credit and debit cards or Paypal. 

Jencel is known for quick posting of orders. I often post them the same day, and if not, the following day.

To minimise the use of plastic, your beads may be packaged in paper, or clean, re-used, plastic bags.


I hope you are delighted with your purchase however you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, for a refund. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging.  If you return goods, I can only refund the price of the item. Our postage costs in sending you the item, or your postage costs in returning it to us, are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

If there are any problems with your goods (eg. any missing, faulty or damaged items) please let us know within 5 days.

Special orders (ie. an item, or a quantity of an item, that we have ordered for you at your request) are not returnable.


I aim to keep stock levels high enough to meet demand, but sometimes items sell out before I have a chance to order more stock.
Occasionally it may happen that an item goes out of stock before I am able to mark it as such, if for example there is a run on an item. If this happens I will contact you by email. If the item is due in stock in a few days I can send it then. If not I will offer a substitute item of the same value or a refund. If I contact you, and do not hear from you within a couple of days, I won't delay your order any longer, but will post it to you with either a substitute or a refund for the relevant amount.
